LED lamp mounts for installation inside an aquarium cover
Have you chosen an LED bar but still need a way to fit it beneath the cover? A suitable lamp mount needs to match both the light's profile and the available support on the aquarium. Total installation height is especially important under shallow lids. Measure the clearance and check whether frame ledges, glass braces or an existing profile can be used.
TRIO and SLIM for different installations
TRIO mounts hang from suitable cover frames. SLIM mounts are designed for appropriate support surfaces where clearance is limited. Each product description lists the LED bars and combinations it accommodates. The mount needs to hold the lights securely while allowing the lids to move freely.
In some arrangements, at least one LED bar connects the two mounting rails. If you want several short lights spread across a greater length, a continuous support may therefore be useful. Our LED U-profile provides a shared mounting base with the designated fixings.
Mounting brackets for profiles and lamp housings
Mounting brackets hold compatible bars inside the designated housings and profiles. Extra brackets may be needed when combining several shorter bars. AddON plates expand certain existing mounts. Compare the stated product compatibility with your installation rather than choosing by appearance alone.
If you want one shared light unit above an open aquarium, the lamp housing category also contains matching rim mounts, stand feet, clamps and suspensions. For mounting directly on suitable glass braces, LED bar stands may be enough.
