We always strive to keep all items in our range immediately available. Usually, the delivery time is about 2-7 working days after receipt of payment and depending on destination. However, the delivery time for custom-made products, pre-assemblies, and individual programming extends depending on the effort and order situation to 5-10 working days.
All shipments leave our premises as an insured package, according to your selection.
Unless a different period is specified in the product description, delivery takes place within a maximum of 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receipt of payment. You can track the progress of your shipment online at any time using your tracking number. If payment has not been received within 10 days of ordering, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping to a DHL Packstation is only possible for LED strips up to max. 50cm!

We unfortunately do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. Instead, our cooperation partner MeinEinkauf.ch offers this service including customs clearance. As a customer of LEDaquaristik and MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive your order delivered directly to your doorstep in Switzerland.
