Shipping Information
- All shipments are sent as insured parcels according to the selected shipping method.
- Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, your order will be ready for dispatch within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment has been received.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your shipment online at any time.
- If payment has not been received within 10 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled automatically.
- Shipping to a DHL Packstation is only possible for LED strips up to max. 50cm!

Deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway are generally made without German VAT. Import VAT, any applicable customs duties and customs clearance fees must be paid by the recipient.
Important information regarding freight shipments
International shipping of freight items is currently not available. Alternatively, you may arrange transportation yourself or appoint a freight forwarding company of your choice to collect your order. In this case, please select "Local Pickup" during checkout. We will prepare your order for collection from our warehouse by prior appointment.
Alternative shipping options for customers in Switzerland
In addition to our DAP shipping service, you may have your order delivered to a German delivery address, such as a parcel shop or DHL Packstation. Alternatively, our cooperation partner MeinEinkauf.ch handles shipping and customs clearance and delivers your order directly to your address in Switzerland.
