Light comparison PLANT-GROW
PLANT-GROW is an absolute innovation and is used in various versions of the aquaLUMix, in addition to the eco+. In contrast to GROWx5, PLANT-GROW combines the light spectra necessary for optimal photosynthesis and plant growth into a single chip. As a result, PLANT-GROW is less colorful and slightly less specialized, but it produces brighter and more even light compared to GROWx5. The overall color brilliance of the aquarium is enhanced.
PLANT-GROW is also designed more as optional lighting in conjunction with other "white" light colors, as this light color appears slightly purple/violet on its own. Therefore, PLANT-GROW is comparable to the well-known and widely beloved fluorescent tube GROLUX.

GROWx5 is a unique light composition of 5 different wavelengths that promote optimal and healthy plant growth while enhancing the overall color brilliance. This is primarily achieved through a balanced combination of blue and red light, complemented by three additional color spectra: green, orange, and ultrared.
