The correct housing length:
The supports increase the overall length of the housing by between +2.5cm and +22.5cm
Overall height:
The overall height is the height of the complete frame-mounted lamp from its support surfaces to the top of the lamp housing. There are 3 versions available:
- 66mm - Very suitable for aquariums without closed covers or with a glass cover.
- 44mm - For use below the cover, for supporting on glued-in glass strips or glass bridges, such as with EHEIM Incpiria aquariums, see photos.
- 37mm - The feet for this version are 23mm high, less than the height of the lamp housing itself. The support surface is 10cm lower than the underside of the lamp housing. This version is suitable for being supported in appropriately sized and positioned grooves, such as with EHEIM Proxima aquariums, see photos.
The feet are quite easy to shorten if a particular height is required.
