TITAN water cooling upgrade for seawater
Compared to fresh water, seawater is extremely aggressive and would permanently damage the aluminium of our LED luminaires if the water cooling system was not used.
The optional TITAN extension for a seawater application of the water cooling system contains two titanium tubes, made of 100% pure titanium, which are inserted into the cooling channels of the lighting. Contact between aluminium and seawater is thus excluded. The titanium tubes are 100% resistant to seawater.
The installation is very simple. The four existing hose connections are to be removed/screwed off. The titanium tubes are pushed in, the hoses are pushed on and additionally secured with the enclosed hose clamps.
