Caution! This product is a waterproof LED bar (IP67), which can also be used inside the aquarium cover to a freshwater tank. The permanent presence of moisture, the build up of dirt or lime deposits can adversely affect the light quality, output and service life of the LED bars. Therefore we recommend that our CleanCovers are used within the aquarium cover. LED bars cool passively by using the surrounding air. Therefore, there must be an adequate circulation of air. ich hätts gleich kaufen sollen.
ich hab mich ursprünglich von lumen in youtube videos für anfänger blenden lassen und deshalb polar sunset day blue gekauft in 80cm für mein rio180. das war einfach zu heftig, trotz viel dünger und co2 - dauernd fadenalgen ODER pinselalgen und zache pflanzen. habe jetzt die polar mit growx5 ausgetauscht und die pflanzen wachsen seit 2 wochen wirklich besser. ist zwar insgesamt, trotz nun 100% blau (statt vorher 70%) tagsüber dazugeschalten, etwas rosa-stichtig aber das fiel mir genau am anfang auf weil ich das schneeweiße vom polar gewohnt war. hell/mehr lumen ist nicht immer besser. habs gelernt...das kann absolut mit dem teuren ada-designerklumpert mithalten..um im rio 180 mit der abdeckung sieht man weder kabel noch die leisten.

schönes Licht
sehr schönes Licht. Wird als Zusatzbeleuchtung verwendet für besseres Pflanzenwachstum und schönere Farben. Das Licht funktioniert wie erwartet und hat nach etwa einer Woche dafür gesorgt, dass die Pflanzen besser wachsen.

Durch den hohen Rotanteil im Licht kommen die Farben der Fische richtig schön zur Geltung. Ob die Lichtleiste nun auch etwas für die Pflanzen ist kann ich nach 3 Wochen Einsatz noch nicht beurteilen.
