Individual cover layout

By default, we manufacture our covers with a symmetrical lid division:

• In case of one carrier profile there are 2 cover elements of the same width, the carrier profile halves the width of the aquarium.
• With two carrier profiles there are 3 cover elements of the same width, the carrier profiles divide the width of the aquarium into three parts.
• With three support profiles, there are 4 cover elements of the same width, the support profiles quarter the width of the aquarium.

Deviating from this, cover elements in size and division are possible according to individual customer requirements.

What is possible in case of individual lid division?

• The support profile(s) can be arranged asymmetrically to concentrate the light in certain areas (front, center, back). This results in ceiling elements of different sizes.
• Additional narrower lining flaps are possible to avoid having to open the supposedly large cover flap.
• Round holes (up to 68mm) for feeders at desired position
• For covers from 130cm length and multi-part covers, the lengths can be chosen differently.

What has to be considered or where are the limits?

• The minimum strip width of the covers is 8.5cm.
• The maximum possible dimension per element is 122x122cm
• The total area of the individual cover elements must be less than or equal to the area of the standard cover elements.
• The hinged lid is made in two parts from the length of 130cm and in three parts from the length of 250cm. This cannot be changed even in case of individual division.

What is not possible?

• Adaptations of any kind of the frame profiles.

• Roughly plan your desired division.
• Order the desired cover and additionally this individual cover division.
