Flexibility:
The deLUX - Flap aquarium cover has, depending on the selection, 1 to 3 support profiles for accommodating our LED systems eco+, PRO², spotBEAM, and aquaLUMix. This ensures ideal light distribution depending on the depth and area of the tank. The eco+ and PRO² LED bars are attached with the included mounting brackets, while the aquaLUMix and spotBEAM are slid directly into the support profile and secured. The temperature-optimized support profile absorbs heat perfectly.
The frame of our aquarium covers has a circumferential bar for mounting by hanging or setting up lighting with the corresponding mounting option. The separately available TRIO holder for U-profile is the ideal accessory and the perfect complement. As are the standard bracket mounts for the aquaLUMix and PRO² LED bars. This allows the lighting to be freely positioned in the frame and moved as required.
In addition, our frame profile also offers a circumferential groove as an alternative fixing point for our eco+ and PRO² LED systems. This allows mounting directly in the frame at 90° to the water surface, with free choice of position. Perfectly suited for the very special effects of light simulation, e.g. for a horizontally illuminated moonlight or sunset over the water surface.
Functional features:
The integrated XL dirt and water level baffle (-38mm from the glass top edge) ensures a clean and undisturbed view all around.
The well-thought-out design also allows easy access to the aquarium. The lid flaps can be set up individually or even completely removed with just one hand. The highlight is the insides of the lid panels, which have a mirror-like highly reflective surface that minimizes scattering losses and makes the maximum LED light usable.
Lid division:
- The lid division determines the number of support profiles and depends on the measurement of the short side. The position and distances are always evenly distributed, an exception is possible through the service: Individual lid division.
Perfection: Thanks to precise manufacturing, all components are characterized by minimal gaps and impressive stability. Our frame profiles are corrosion-protected, fully anodized (titanium gray) or powder-coated (white) and impress with matte, brushed surfaces. Other components, such as the internal corner connectors made of aluminum, V4A stainless steel screws, and a lid made of aluminum composite panels, guarantee longevity. Integrated silicone handles in the lid complete the appealing design.
Important to know:
- The glass thickness of the aquarium is not relevant; the cover fits any glass thickness.
- The specified dimensions for length and width always refer from the outer edge to the outer edge of the aquarium and do not allow any margin to exceed them. 1mm air is taken into account on each side.
- The support profile (middle bar) always runs parallel to the selected length of the cover.
- We always centrally plan and deliver the support profile in relation to the width, or in the case of several support profiles, it's evenly distributed across the width. This then determines the lid sizes accordingly.
- The maximum length of an LED light is: edge length of aquarium minus 9 cm (when mounted in the support profile), or minus 5 cm (when mounted/hanging in the frame profile)

Aluminium composite panel
This material (also known as sandwich panel) is used for the cover panels of our covers and consists of a robust plastic core coated on both sides with 0.3 mm thick aluminium. They are waterproof and therefore ideal for use above water. The upper side is kept in a maximum similar colour to the frame, while the underside is highly reflective and mirror-like, which optimises the light yield in the aquarium. A characteristic feature of the deLUX series is that it is only available in common standard sizes, unlike the Vario series, which offers customised solutions with a high-quality plastic frame. A gravel screen that matches the deLUX series is not available.

The layout is designed to optimise the functionality and manageability of the cover flaps. Self-glazing
The "for self-glazing" option for a Slide aquarium cover means that the cover is supplied without the usual cover elements. This option allows the customer to use their own customised cover elements, such as glass panels. Although the cover comes without cover elements, the required E-profiles, which are necessary for the functionality of the sliding cover system, are included in the scope of delivery. This offers a flexible solution for aquarists who want to design a customised cover with their own materials.
Slide
Slide is the name of our aquarium covers with sliding lid system with their purist and sleek design and easy sliding technology. The Slide system, in which cover elements are slid to the side, is suitable for aquarium sizes from 60x30 to 400x70 cm. The two- or four-part sliding cover with handle holes guarantees easy handling and maximum accessibility. A sealing lip for the top panel ensures that dripping condensation is removed from the bottom panel. And the special feature: The insides of the cover plates reflect the light so that no light is lost.
Dirt and water level screen
The attached frame of our aquarium covers covers the upper 38 mm of the aquarium and thus forms an integrated XL dirt and water level screen that ensures a clean and undisturbed field of vision all round.

Technical cut-outs
Technical cut-outs are specially designed cut-outs in the aquarium cover that can be fitted either on a wide side or long side. These cut-outs are intended for the installation and passage of aquarium technology such as filter supply lines, heaters, cables or similar. There is also the option of choosing an aquarium cover without technology cut-outs if no external devices are to be installed. The width and position of the technology cut-outs vary depending on the model and size of the aquarium cover selected, whereby the height of the cut-out is always 36 mm from the top edge of the glass. Central profile
The Flap aquarium cover has 1 to 3 central profiles to accommodate our eco+, PRO², spotBEAM and aquaLUMix LED systems, depending on the cover layout. This means that ideal light distribution is always possible, depending on the depth and surface area of the tank. The eco+ and PRO² LED bars are inserted and fastened directly into the central profile using the enclosed retaining brackets, while the aquaLUMix and spotBEAM are inserted and fastened directly into the central profile. In addition, the cover flaps are inserted into the support profile or set up vertically when opened. The central profiles are inserted into the frame of the cover without any further fixing and can therefore be easily moved and removed as required.
Vario
The Vario series of our aquarium covers is characterised by its high-quality, high-gloss plastic frames, which are available in black, white and mottled grey. This series offers the possibility of millimetre-precise production to the customer's individual desired dimensions, with a maximum length of up to 400 cm. For a harmonious and uniform look, matching gravel covers in the corresponding colours can be added as an option. The Vario series is therefore ideal for aquarists who value an individual, customised design for their aquarium.

If your aquarium is a special size, simply select the next larger standard length and specify your exact measurements when finalising your order. MEGA, es passt einfach alles
Da es schon meine zweite Abdeckung ist bin ich immer noch total begeistert von der Qualität und dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Kundenservice wird sehr groß geschrieben und genau so gelebt. Hier ist der Kunde noch König. Da mir bei der Montage von meiner Sonderanfertigung ein Missgeschick passierte wurde ganz schnell reagiert und ein neues Ersatzteil ohne Probleme zugesandt. Macht weiter so und ich bestelle gerne wieder bei euch und werde euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. LG Torte

Tolle Qualität! Eine echte Aufwertung!
Nach Totalausfall meiner alten Beleuchtung habe ich hier die Abedckung inkl. Beleuchtung und Tageslichtsteuerung gekauft. Damit die Pflanzen nicht zu lange im Dunkeln sind hatte ich um schnelle Bearbeitung gebeten. Es hat alles BESTENS funktioniert. Die Lieferung ist super schnell erfolgt, die Abdeckung ist absolut qualitativ hochwertig. Der Aufbau brauchte ein wenig Zeit, aber das Ergebnis ist super! Eine echte Aufwertung für das Aquarium. Und endlich eine Beleuchtung wie sie sein sollte. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team von LED Aquaristik! Unbedingt zu empfehlen!!

Sehr hohe Qualität. Sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung.
Sehr einfach zu montieren, sehr gute Tutorials verfügbar. Einziger Nachteil: bei starren Aussenfilterschläuchen (zb. Eheim) muss man die gesamte Abdeckung vom Aquarium entfernen, bevor man die Schläuche für eine Reinigung aus dem Becken heben kann. Hierzu sollte man sich nochmal Gedanken machen.

Genau was ich gesucht habe
Einfach zusammenstecken, festschrauben und aufs Becken aufsetzen, fertig, passt prima und sieht toll aus. Für die Eingriffe im Deckel werden Silikonstopfen mitgeliefert, die ich aber nicht eingesetzt habe. 1. die Futteröffnung ist immer sofort zu bedienen. 2. sich anstauendes CO2 unter der Abdeckung kann entweichen, so dass z.B. Kampffische, oder wie in meinem Fall Panzerwelse, die von Zeit zu Zeit an die Oberfläche gehen um Luft zu holen, nicht ersticken. 3. im Moment wächst die Blüte der Echinodorus durch dies Öffnung oben raus. Fazit: würde ich wieder kaufen.

deLux Aquariumabdeckung
Obwohl als B-Ware bestellt konnte ich keine Mängel festsellen. Gehäuse macht einen sehr edlen Eindruck. Perfetker Service vom Team bei der Beratung und Durchführung, sprich Futterklappe nach Maß anfertigen. Auch hat das Team immer ein offenes Ohr, egal mit welchen Anliegen man kommt, das ist nicht unbedingt bei allen so. Bleibt Gesund und Fit, so das Ihr noch viele Kunden erfreut. Self-glazing
The "for self-glazing" option for a Slide aquarium cover means that the cover is supplied without the usual cover elements. This option allows the customer to use their own customised cover elements, such as glass panels. Although the cover comes without cover elements, the required E-profiles, which are necessary for the functionality of the sliding cover system, are included in the scope of delivery. This offers a flexible solution for aquarists who want to design a customised cover with their own materials.
Slide
Slide is the name of our aquarium covers with sliding lid system with their purist and sleek design and easy sliding technology. The Slide system, in which cover elements are slid to the side, is suitable for aquarium sizes from 60x30 to 400x70 cm. The two- or four-part sliding cover with handle holes guarantees easy handling and maximum accessibility. A sealing lip for the top panel ensures that dripping condensation is removed from the bottom panel. And the special feature: The insides of the cover plates reflect the light so that no light is lost.
Dirt and water level screen
The attached frame of our aquarium covers covers the upper 38 mm of the aquarium and thus forms an integrated XL dirt and water level screen that ensures a clean and undisturbed field of vision all round.
Bar
In addition, our frame profile also offers a circumferential bar for fastening by hanging or setting up lighting with corresponding fastening options. The separately available TRIO holder for U-profile is the ideal accessory and the perfect complement. As are the standard bracket mounts for the aquaLUMix and PRO² LED bars. This allows the lighting to be freely positioned in the frame and moved as required.
Technical cut-outs
Technical cut-outs are specially designed cut-outs in the aquarium cover that can be fitted either on a wide side or long side. These cut-outs are intended for the installation and passage of aquarium technology such as filter supply lines, heaters, cables or similar. There is also the option of choosing an aquarium cover without technology cut-outs if no external devices are to be installed. The width and position of the technology cut-outs vary depending on the model and size of the aquarium cover selected, whereby the height of the cut-out is always 36 mm from the top edge of the glass. Central profile
The Flap aquarium cover has 1 to 3 central profiles to accommodate our eco+, PRO², spotBEAM and aquaLUMix LED systems, depending on the cover layout. This means that ideal light distribution is always possible, depending on the depth and surface area of the tank. The eco+ and PRO² LED bars are inserted and fastened directly into the central profile using the enclosed retaining brackets, while the aquaLUMix and spotBEAM are inserted and fastened directly into the central profile. In addition, the cover flaps are inserted into the support profile or set up vertically when opened. The central profiles are inserted into the frame of the cover without any further fixing and can therefore be easily moved and removed as required.
Vario
The Vario series of our aquarium covers is characterised by its high-quality, high-gloss plastic frames, which are available in black, white and mottled grey. This series offers the possibility of millimetre-precise production to the customer's individual desired dimensions, with a maximum length of up to 400 cm. For a harmonious and uniform look, matching gravel covers in the corresponding colours can be added as an option. The Vario series is therefore ideal for aquarists who value an individual, customised design for their aquarium.
Customisation is easy with us: in our shop you will find a variety of sizes in 5-10cm increments. If your aquarium is a special size, simply select the next larger standard length and specify your exact measurements when finalising your order. Note that with deLUX, custom sizes are not possible and only standard sizes are offered, while Vario allows for millimeter-precise adjustments and can be complemented with a matching gravel blend on request for a stylish look.
We offer Vario aquarium covers and gravel strips in a variety of directly selectable sizes in 5-10cm increments, which already cover 90% of the common aquarium sizes. However, if your aquarium has a special dimension, that's no problem. Simply choose the next larger standard length and specify your exact measurement when completing your order. For example, for a 97.5cm aquarium, select 100cm and then specify the exact 975mm in the last step at the checkout. Our experts will take care of details like the safety margin and ensure that your cover or gravel strip fits perfectly!
