Conditions of payment and supply

All consignments are dispatched from our premises as insured DHL or DPD parcels, depending on your choice of goods.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery will be made within a maximum of 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) following the receipt of payment by the receiving banking institution. Please note that no deliveries take place on Sundays or public holidays. Your consignment number will be sent to you in a separate e-mail and will allow you to track the progress of your delivery online at any time. If we have not received payment 10 days after the order date, the order will be automatically cancelled.

The maximum length of LED bar we can dispatch is 50cm!

  In cash at your door. There is a € 4.00 C.O.D. fee, which we invoice you as a flat rate on behalf of the courier. The courier makes a € 2.00 (€ 5.00 international) delivery charge on handover of the consignment.
• Payment on account or flexible hire-purchase through Klarna
  If you purchase on account through Klarna, you receive your goods before you have paid for them. You can shop at your leisure, complete your order and look at the products in the peace of your own home. Then you have 14 days to settle the invoice. You do not have to enter any sensitive information; payment on account is completely risk-free.
  With the flexible hire-purchase from Klarna (available only in Germany), you can pay at your own pace. You purchase first and then examine the goods in the peace of your own home. All goods bought by hire-purchase with Klarna are summarised in one simple, transparent monthly invoice. You decide at the end of each month how much you would like to pay.
  Minimum order value € 100.00 and maximum order value € 800.00

From a shopping basket value of € 222 upwards, you will receive 2% discount on your purchases, 3% from € 333, 4% from € 444, 5% from € 555 - multiple separate orders cannot be combined.
