The MEANWELL LED power supply is the optimal solution for your lighting needs up to 480W (-10%) power and 40A at a voltage of 12VDC. This plug-and-play model with an EU Schuko plug allows for easy and quick installation. It is excellent for dimmable 12VDC LED systems and can be seamlessly integrated with controllers and aquarium computers that use a 1-10V interface, such as the GHL Profilux.
Please note: The dimming function of power supplies and controls based on 1-10V cannot technically implement brightness levels in the minimal range of 1-10%, causing the LEDs to turn on and off at about 10% brightness. A very faint glow of the LEDs as allowed by our SunRiser or SimuLUX light controls in normal operation is not possible here.

These power supplies in a metal housing operate at a voltage of 90 to 305V AC (47 to 63Hz) or 127 to 431V DC at an output voltage of 12V. They also have an IP65 certification and are therefore suitable for LED lighting applications indoors and outdoors. The cooling by free convection and the fanless design give these power supplies high efficiency of up to 94% at an operating temperature from -40°C to 80°C. They are also protected against overvoltage, overtemperature, short circuit, and overload by current limiting and an automatic recovery mode, and comply with the safety standards EN61347-1 and EN61347-2-13 as well as the EMC standards EN55015, EN61000-3-2 Class C, EN61000-3-3, and EN61547. These devices also have a wide input range and a built-in PFC function.
